2025年の新米ですが、8月の終わりにかけてやっと値段が出まして、現在9月の５日前後より順次収穫をしております。
ただし今年は投資を受ける関係などで出荷の大部分を契約した飲食店と結んでおり一般流通に多く出せない可能性がありますので、こちらのお店を見つけていただいた方には大変申し訳ありませんが、販売分はホームページで公開している分のみとなります。
ホームページ上で販売できる分が決まってから順次ホームページでの販売を開始します。9月5日時点ではまだ販売準備できておりません。
以上昨年に続き大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、今後とも羽鳥藤兵衛をよろしくお願いいたします。

The price for this year’s rice was finally set toward the end of August, and we have begun harvesting around September 5.
However, due to investment-related agreements, the majority of this year’s shipments have been contracted to restaurants, so we may not be able to release much into general distribution. We sincerely apologize to those who have found our store, but the rice available for sale will be limited to what is listed on our website.
Sales will begin gradually once the amount we can offer online has been finalized. As of September 5, sales preparations are still not complete.
We apologize once again, following last year, for the inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your continued support of Hatori Toubei.

千葉県佐倉市羽鳥のお米
羽鳥藤兵衛のお米を是非ご賞味ください。
佐倉市のはずれ、羽鳥という小さな集落に、私の祖先は茨城から移り住みました。藤兵衛は先祖の名前でうちの屋号です。 1960年代の土地改良以来、区画も水路も昔のまま。「水が欲しいときに来ない」「下流まで届かない」 といった不便さはありますが、この土地の土壌はとても豊かで、美味しいお米が育ちます。 いつからかは不明ですが、代々続く米作りは、家族で細々と守ってきました。 しかし、地域の農家の多くが高齢となり、後継者不足が深刻に。このままでは羽鳥の田んぼも、 いずれ作り手がいなくなってしまう——そんな危機感から、私は専業の米農家になることを決意しました。 土づくりも米づくりも、まだまだこれからです。 「羽鳥の米って美味しいね」と言ってもらえるようなお米を育てていきたいと思っています。
